ONE-ON-ONE
You will receive one-on-one attention in a personal lesson which will deepen your understanding of how to use yoga for your individual needs. Regardless of age, health, or level, evolve’s teachers will tailor make a programme to elevate your practice. With your choice of 60 or 90 minute instruction, you will have the time to develop and grow as a yoga student.
TWO PEOPLE
You and a friend friend can enjoy smaller more intimate lessons with one of evolve’s teachers. The two, of you will have the teacher’s full attention which will help deepen your practice and allow you to focus on your specific needs.
