yoga studio rental policies
The renter is wholly responsible for their own marketing AND bookings. evolve will act solely as a renter of the space. evolve will not take bookings or last minute drop-in payments. All payments must go through the renter. The balance of the hire fee must be paid advance and in full to secure the booking. Should you wish to cancel your rental please be advised that evolve requires 2 weeks written notice in advance of the event, and you will lose 50% of your payment. No refund is given for less than 2 weeks notice.
