Theta Healing can be most easily described as an attainable miracle for your life.
Theta Healing is a healing technique designed to promote empowering change on all levels: mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Theta Healing is best known for its focus on belief and feeling work on the basis of the mind, body and spirit at four levels: the core level (dealing with the beliefs and feelings you grew up with), the soul level (carrying lifetimes worth of imprints), the genetic level (up to seven generations worth of genetic memory) and the historical level (the imprints from past lives). By tapping into the Theta brainwave – the seat of creativity that you may experience just as you are falling asleep or just as you are waking up – one can make instant positive changes to beliefs and feelings stored in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind creates your reality, so when you change the root of unhelpful beliefs and feelings to positive, your life changes for the better too.
The mind is divided into two parts: the conscious and the subconscious. If you compare it to an iceberg, the conscious mind is the tip of the iceberg, the 5-10% above water level that you are fully aware of. This is the rational/analytical part of the mind. The subconscious mind is the remaining 90-95% percent hidden under water, which is responsible for and forms the tip of the iceberg that we see. The subconscious is responsible for beliefs and feelings, imagination, permanent memory and the protective instinct. what does a session involve?
Each session begins by identifying the positive changes that are sought. Following an explanation of how the mind works and the impact of the mind on our daily lives, we look at what beliefs and feelings are currently held in the subconscious by doing muscle testing. Because the subconscious mind only works with beliefs and feelings, even negative emotions it believes are positively serving it, we then identify any benefits that are gained from holding onto those beliefs and feelings. Once this has been done, we work with the subconscious mind through a process of commands to release and replace redundant negative or erroneous beliefs and feelings with positive ones. The job of the subconscious is to create a reality of its underlying programming; it is very black and white and responds well to commands, making it possible to change one’s reality through a short sequence of commands.
The depths of changes that take place in any one session are always done for the person’s highest and best good. Think of it like the layers of an onion, the aim is to get to the core of the onion. Sometimes for one person it is appropriate to take off all the layers in one go, whilst for others it may be better to take off one or two layers in at a time.

what is the authentic self?
The Authentic Self is who we genuinely are. It is the essence underneath the masks and layers we often wear in society. It is the deeper part of us that knows and that feels free when we live and act from it.
how can Theta Healing® help connect me to my authentic self?
There is the saying “I will believe it when I see it.” I often like to say instead “I will see it when I believe it.” When the correct belief is in place than we are able to see the opportunities that lie before us. If I am coming from an “I’m not worthy” belief and perspective, than life will reflect back to me things that reinforce that “I’m not worthy.” If I shift that belief to something like “I am loved” all of a sudden life looks different.
How Theta Healing® benefits us is it allows us to tap into our creative power, our original essence and shift our reality. It reminds us and connects us with who we truly are and offers us the feelings and beliefs that support us in fully embodying that authentic Self.
We don’t need to hold onto the story. Our lives up until this point have made us who we are. We have essentially asked for the lessons and experiences we’ve had so that we can learn, grow and evolve from them, but we don’t need to remain attached to the story. A belief that once benefited us might not be useful for us anymore so changing it will allow the old story to resolve itself so that you can really step into the present and feel fully engaged and empowered to create the future that awaits you.
what’s good to know…
I am only the witness to the healing and I must always have your permission to heal, shift and change beliefs or feelings. So the process includes you and what feels right for you. It is always done for your greatest and highest good so something that is not in alignment with your greater good cannot occur. For some the layers may take a while to unfold and peel away, for others it may be instant. There is no right or wrong way, it is entirely up to where you are, what you need and what is in your greatest good.
So I say, trust the process, honour your needs and listen to you own intuition. If this resonates with you than it will work. If it doesn’t than it won’t because the point of healing is that it feels good and in alignement with who you are!
