studio rental policies
rental of studios:
The renter is wholly responsible for their own marketing AND bookings. evolve will act solely as a renter of the space. Please provide the front desk with a sign in sheet so that we may check attendees off the list and direct them to the space. evolve will not take bookings or last minute drop-in payments. All payments must go through the renter. The balance of the hire fee must be paid in full to secure the booking. Should you wish to cancel your rental please be advised that evolve requires 2 weeks written notice in advance of the event, and you will lose 50% of your payment. No refund is given for less than 2 weeks notice.

treatment room policy:
evolve wellness centre has two treatment rooms available for hire for qualified therapists.
Treatment times must be booked in a minimum slot of 4 hours and can extend for up to the whole day.
On top of a minimum one slot per week booking rooms can be rented on an hourly basis subject to availability.
Treatment room hire includes a clean sheet/organic towel service, furnishings in the treatment room and full use of the centre’s facilities (showers for clients, relaxation lounge etc).
We require full payment by standing order for each month’s bookings, payable within the first week of the month.
If you are renting a room from us then you may take advantage of empty spaces in the timetable to book the rooms at the hourly rate. Also if you are on call and come in to do a treatment for a client the room will also be charged at £15ph.
