Corinne’s approach to meditation offers a new way of being with challenge, stress, fear, even self-doubt and insecurity. Her method of meditation embraces the very things we are scared of, feel overwhelmed by, and resist. Rather than trying to get rid of the discomfort, she guides individuals in transforming it, by embodying the feelings and needs that lie beneath the noise of our minds.
Over the course of five sessions, Corinne will offer tools and techniques to help you calm the mind, connect more to your body, feel more grounded, centred, accepting of who you are and what you are experiencing in each and every moment. Bring a sense of curiosity and discover what it feels like to connect to who you authentically are.

She studied vipassana meditation for over ten years with teachers such as jack kornfield, eugene cash, noah levine and more. Her approach to meditation has evolved over her years of practice to incorporate many various styles, with a special focus on the body.
She is passionate about supporting individuals in discovering who they authentically are by helping them evolve beyond the patterns that hold them back and keep them small.
